On Site Service Calls:

We will send a technician over to your home or business for up to 1 hour On Site computer services. Most computer troubles and problems can be solved within an hour. Each additional hour is billed at a rate of $50 an hour.

Phone Tech Support with Remote Desktop Assistance:

Phone Tech Support with Remote Desktop Assistance from Tech Ninjas is the most economical way to solve your Computer / Tech Problems. Tech Ninjas offers Remote Desktop Computer Assistance with its innovative Remote Control software. What this means for the customer is, even the toughest computer problems can easily be fixed over the phone by having the customer allow access to their PC via the Tech Ninjas Support Tool. A trained Administrator from Tech Ninjas can then assist the client in fixing the problem just like he was sitting at the PC without ever having to make a visit. This saves the Client Time and Money as the cost of Service Calls are much greater than Phone Support.

If the problem is not solved in 15 minutes over the phone, each additional 15 minutes will be $25 -OR- the customer may choose to pay the above $120 service call ONLY and have one of our trained techs come to your home or business to fix your problem. It the event a service call is deployed over the phone, the 15 minute or less call is FREE OF CHARGE. Limitations apply.

Cost: $25 / 15 minutes

Computer Refurbishing:

In the event your computer is not repairable on site, it may be necessary to take back to the lab and refurbish it for proper operation. This is typical in computers that have many virus and or spyware problems. Not all virus and spyware problems can be resolved without a fresh reinstall. This includes backing up all data and formatting the hard drive. Then, a fresh copy of Windows and other software is reinstalled back onto the machine and all customer data is restored as well.

Cost: $100

Personal Web / Email Hosting:

Personal Web and Email Hosting by Tech Ninjas is not only economical but also packed with many extra features like a cPanel and Fantastico.
